[Paul’s Live Blog — 1:54 pm] Let us go and make our visit

I don’t know, maybe it’s a girl thing…  Somehow our waiting area has been transformed into an Arts & Crafts activity room.  I’m feeling hopelessly out of place.  When she wakes up, I’m certain Pam will be very grateful to see how tirelessly her friends supported her during surgery. I hope she appreciates what her husband had to put up with to endure that “support”!

My own darling daughter is playing the part as well.  And I do mean she’s playing a part.  She just learned to knit this morning.  Of course she’s learned (and forgotten) how to knit many times. You could put your Christmas orders in now, but I doubt they’ll be ready in time.

I'll be done by Christmas

I look good (if you don’t look at the knitting)

It’s been more than four hours, now, and we still haven’t heard from the surgeon.  I’m guessing that’s a good thing.  The longer he works, the more cancer he takes out.

Stay tuned!
